GCM Contracting Solutions is constructing East Cape Flex, a 38,400-square-foot flex warehouse facility with dock-level loading bays.
The facility will be located in East Cape Commerce Park at 917 E. Industrial Circle, Cape Coral, on the south side of Pine Island Road, east of Pondella Road and Hibiscus Drive. It will feature eight separate storefront sections for future sectioning and tenant requirements.
