Aubrey Lanier, an estimator at GCM Contracting Solutions, has passed the Florida General Contractor Business and Finance Exam.
With this achievement, along with her degree in construction management from Florida Gulf Coast University, Lanier is now eligible to apply for her State of Florida General Contractor’s License. Lanier was also recognized as a 2025 PACER Award winner, receiving the Rising Professional Award, which honors emerging leaders in the construction industry.
As an estimator at GCM, Lanier supports project planning, bid management, project organization and subcontractor sourcing.
