GMA Architects Completes Retail Store

GMA Architects & Planners converted a former Office Deport into a new retail store for Goodwill Indus­tries of Southwest Florida Inc.

The 19,000sf freestanding store is located at 10455 Tamiami Trail N.in North Naples.

GMA Architects’ work included bringing the site up to code, creating a cavaliered drop off structure, upgrading exterior and interior lighting, creating a back-of-house storage for merchan­dise donations, adding decorative security gates and upgrading exterior paint colors.

Project partners included contrac­tor Steven Bowen, Burgess Brandt Engineers and Select Structural.
