GMA Architects & Planners has completed architectural designs of three buildings for Shops at Del Sol, a neighborhood plaza that will bring new shops and restaurants to the heart of Cape Coral’s bustling commercial hub.
Shops at Del Sol will feature over 70,000sf of commercial space across nine buildings set on 7.7 acres. Fully customizable tenant spaces start at 1,050sf for high-end retail, restaurants and shops. Some units include options for drive-thrus and outdoor dining.
The architectural design blends durability, sophistication and functionality to create an aura of modern elegance. Concrete masonry exteriors will be complemented by stone wainscot, bollard lighting, staggered parapet rooflines and oversized windows to capture natural light. Tropical landscaping enhances parking areas, which include five parking spaces for every 1,000sf of retail space.
A project of TLD Developer, Shops at Del Sol will be on Pine Island Road with three access points from surrounding streets.
