Green Tree Center Completes Redevelopment

Crifasi Real Estate recently announced the transformation of the Green Tree Shopping Center in Naples from the Mediterranean design into a coastal lifestyle center with restaurant spaces and an expanded outdoor dining area as well as retail outlets.
Updates to the center at Airport and Immokalee Roads include open gables, outdoor cupolas, expanded tile walkways,torch-lit fountains as well as updated landscaping with flora throughout the property. Restaurant spaces from 1,600-5,500sf are available along with a 51,000sf former Sweetbay space which can be divided.
The NCH Wellness Center in the Green Tree Center has also gone through a multi-millon dollar renovation.7-11 was built on the parcel just off Airport Road.
