Greg May Named Managing Director at CRES

Real estate attorney Greg May has joined Commercial Real Estate Services of SWFL, Inc. (CRES) in Cape Coral as managing director.

As a commercial Realtor and real estate attorney, May has more than 12 years of experience in the industry, including appraisal and land planning. In addition to conducting hundreds of real estate valuations, he has litigated contracts and mortgage foreclosures, provided title insurance services, and worked in the bankruptcy and eminent domain arenas.

May, a native of Lakeland, holds a law degree from the Florida State University College of Law and bachelor’s degrees in finance and risk/insurance management from the University of Florida. He’s a member of the Lee County Bar Association and actively involved in its Land Use and Governmental Law Practice Section.

CRES specializes in sales, leasing, investment sales, land site selection and development, and property management for commercial properties. The company also focuses on tenant representation and helps national, regional and local businesses expand into new locations.
