Groundbreaking on Phase 2 of CenterLinks

McGarvey Development began the second phase of the CenterLinks Business Park at Three Oaks with two new buildings

McGarvey expects to complete the 37,790sf and 50,520sf buildings in January.

The two CenterLinks buildings in the initial phase are now 100% occupied with tenants Legacy Options, Crystek Corporation, Fastenal, Platinum Fit­ness, Convergint Technologies, Ecos­metics, Hillrom, Caldwell Gregory, and Fuse Appliances.
