Hansen Painting Urges Pre-Season Maintenance
Hansen Painting is encouraging Southwest Florida condominium and homeowners associations, property managers and commercial property owners to inspect building exteriors before the return of seasonal residents and visitors.
Cracked stucco, particularly on parapet and roof walls, can go unnoticed and lead to water intrusion and costly repairs. The region’s intense sun, humidity and seasonal rains also contribute to deterioration of painted and coated surfaces.
Hansen recommends inspecting stucco, trim and other exterior surfaces for cracking, peeling, fading and moisture damage. The weeks before the busy winter season provide an opportunity to address visible wear and plan larger painting projects.
The company’s recent work includes repainting Vistas at Heritage Bay, a 20-building community off Immokalee Road, as well as park buildings and play structures for the City of Naples. Hansen Painting also recently repainted a Southwest Florida facility for Otto Environmental, which serves the zoo and animal-care industries.
Family-owned and operated, Hansen Painting provides residential and commercial interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, cabinet and wood refinishing, paver sealing and screen enclosure refinishing. For more information, visit HansenPaintingInc.com.
