Heatherwood Promotes Blackwell to Chief Estimator

Heatherwood Construction has promoted project manager Brian Blackwell to chief estimator respon­sible for oversee­ing comprehensive estimates, pre-con­struction services, and subcontractor relationships.

In this role, Blackwell collaborates with owner representatives, design teams, and executive staff during pre-construction. He has more than 20 years of construction experience, including 11 years in Southwest Florida.
