Henderson Franklin Welcomes John Spear and James Kerr

Attorneys John Spear and James Kerr have joined the Bonita Springs office of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A.

Spear is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate expert. For nearly 40 years, he has been representing owners and tenants in Lee and Collier counties in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Active in the community, Spear is a former member of the Bonita Springs City Council, a past-president and chairman of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, and previous recipient of the Citizen of the Year honor given by the chamber and Bonita Springs Lion’s Club.

Drawing on almost 40 years of experience, Kerr creates custom estate plans for families throughout Southwest Florida. He is a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for Florida Gulf Coast University, and previously served on the Professional Advisory Committee of the South County YMCA Foundation. Kerr also is a former member of the Bonita Springs Noon Rotary Club.
