H e n d e r s o n , Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. has hired Margaret “Maggie” Nolan as an associate in its real estate department.

Nolan represents individuals, businesses, developers and property owners in residential and commercial real estate transactions and related legal matters.

Before joining Henderson Franklin, she practiced real estate litigation with a Tampa law firm, representing property owners and landlords in evictions, lease disputes and other real property matters.

Nolan earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminology from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law. She also clerked for U.S. District Judge Kyle C. Dudek of the Middle District of Florida. A graduate of St. Francis Xavier School and Bishop Verot High School, Nolan is a member of The Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association.
