Historic Veranda Announces New Chef

Daniel Frier has joined the Veranda restaurant in downtown Fort Myers as its new executive chef.
Frier brings more than two decades of culinary experience to the iconic establishment. Most recently, he was executive chef partner for Capital Grille in Charlotte, North Carolina, which was named top restaurant in 2015 by Darden Restaurant’s Diamond Club. He is an honors graduate from the Art Institute of Atlanta and holds an associate of arts degree in culinary arts.
