LQ Commercial announced that Sushi Masa has leased a 6,723sf freestanding restaurant at 738 S.W. Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.

The Louisiana-based restaurant offers all-you-can-eat sushi, sashimi and hibachi. Founded in 2010, Sushi Masa has grown to 13 locations. Cape Coral will be its fourth Florida location, joining Pensacola, Lakeland and Tampa.

The new restaurant reflects Cape Coral’s growing dining scene and continued demand for restaurant space along the Pine Island Road corridor.
