It’s Five Below in Fort Myers

Atlanta-based DLP Construction Company, Inc. recently completed the Fort Myers location of Five Below at Page Field Commons.

Five Below is a national chain that sells products costing less than $5.

The scope of construction included shell improvement and façade renovation. The 8,500sf store opened in July.

Herschman Architects from Cleveland, Ohio, provided the shell design and St. Louis-based Casco designed the interior.

DLP Construction is also building a Five Below in Cape Coral at the Northpoint Shopping Center on Pine Island Road. At press time, the 8,915sf store was poised to open.
