IWG Regus, a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, has signed a 10-year deal for approximately 10,200sf of office space at The Promenade at Bonita Bay. This strategic expansion marks Regus’s fourth location in Southwest Florida, complementing existing operations at The Forum in Fort Myers on U.S. 41 in Naples and in Miramar.
The addition of IWG Regus to the Promenade enhances the center’s diverse portfolio, providing local businesses and professionals with premium flexible office spaces in a vibrant, mixed-use environment.
Fischler Property Company acted as the sole broker for this transaction, facilitating the agreement between IWG Regus and R.L.R. INVESTMENTS, L.L.C.
