Estero-based J.R. Evans Engineering has promoted Chris Mitchell from vice president of operations to chief operating officer, a role in which he oversees day-to-day operations and management.
A former owner of Mitchell Engineering, He joined J.R.Evans in 2015 when the two companies merged. As COO, Mitchell focuses on the company’s continued emphasis on delivering high-quality products and services expected from clients. He also works closely with the rest of the executive team to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy, with a focus on growth and innovation.
