Katherine Cook Joins Henderson Franklin Law Firm

Katherine Cook has joined Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., as an associate in the business litigation department. She assists clients in general litigation matters including contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.

Cook was born and raised on Pine Island, and graduated from Evangelical Christian School. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers and graduated top of her class at Ave Maria School of Law in Collier County. In law school, Cook was publications editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and was a legal intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Over the years, Cook has volunteered for the YMCA and Salvation Army. She currently serves on the board of Lee County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and is a member of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers.
