Knäak Design Group (KDG), a landscape architecture and planning firm based in Bonita Springs, announced several projects it has been working on in Lee and Collier counties. At the Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, KDG recently completed the outdoor living, pools and landscape design for homes in the master-planned community’s new Model Court. Previously, it did the same for the community’s original award-winning models.
In Lee County, KDG provided landscape architectural services for the new Jason’s Deli at 16451 Corporate Commerce Way, across from Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers. When completed, the 8,200sf restaurant will have outdoor seating, curbside pickup and drive-thru window service its patrons.
The project team includes TDM Consulting, Chris J. Lee Architects and Stevens Construction. In Cape Coral, Creighton Development & Construction has commissioned KDG to provide design services for the new Culver’s Restaurant, poised to open at the Sam’s Club Plaza on Pine Island Road. Also, the community association of the Renaissance in Fort Myers has hired KDG to redesign the community’s entry on Danport Boulevard and down the corridor to the end of Renaissance Way.
Founded in 2005, KDG provides innovative design solutions for commercial and residential owners, land developers, property managers, homeowners associations and industry professionals throughout North America.
