Kopko Joins Fast-Growing Development Company’s Fort Myers Office

Craig Kopko has joined WMG Development, LLC, as managing director of its new Florida division, based in Fort Myers.

Kopko has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience acquiring, developing, and managing a portfolio of retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and office properties throughout the U.S. He also has experience working with local and national commercial firms on leasing, management, and tenant representation projects.

Founded in 2003, WMG Development is a full-service national real estate investment and development company, based in Effingham, Illinois.
