KOVA Commercial Group’s Senior Advisor Felipe Arcila, in collaboration with GradyMinor and David Stevens of IPC, represented Tesla, Inc. in the purchase of 4.51 acres from 4555 Radio Rd LLC, making a substantial investment of $7 million. This acquisition marks one of Tesla’s inaugural ventures in self-developed dealerships within the United States. Arcila dedicated several years to the purchase’s realization, dating back to September 2020. The planning and application process with Collier County commenced in early 2023.
The proposed 45,000sf facility is set to redefine automotive experiences in the region. Featuring rooftop parking, the structure will be divided into a 35,000sf service area, housing 20 to 30 bays, complemented by additional space for offices and demonstration areas. A curated selection of vehicles will be on display and available for test drives. All sales will be exclusively conducted online through Tesla’s website, emphasizing a digital-first approach.
