KOVA Companies and Commercial Property Managers have established KL Management Solutions, LLC. This joint venture provides property management and accounting services to clients in Southwest Florida.

Kim Gaglia, KL Management president and KOVA Companies partner, will collaborate with Commercial Property Managers, co-founded by Derek Bornhorst and Jerry Messonnier, principals of Lee & Associates, a full-service firm that manages commercial properties across Southwest Florida.
