KOVA Expands Commercial Team With Two Seasoned Professionals

Two key players have joined the team of KOVA Commercial of Naples, LLC.

Todd Sabin was named partner and manager broker. In this role he will manage the agents and brokerage services for the company’s Naples office.

Chad Commers, CCIM, is KOVA Commercial’s new director – brokerage services. He advises businesses and individuals on all aspects of sales and leasing, capitalizing on both on- and off-market opportunities.

Both have extensive experience in the commercial industry. For the last 10 years, Sabin has worked in the Naples real estate market and is currently working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, 1031 Exchanges, in-depth due diligence, property management, financing, Transfer Development Rights (TDRs), self-directed IRAs, syndication methods, mitigation rights and more.

In 2015, Sabin was named Top 10 Power Broker in Southwest Florida for Sales Transactions. He is also active in a number of professional and civic organizations in the community.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Commers is a CCIM and a Floridalicensed Real Estate Sales Associate, as well as a licensed broker in Minnesota. He is experienced in commercial real estate investment and leasing, and has an eye for an asset’s long-term potential through avenues such as redevelopment, sales, refinancing and change of use. In his free time, Commers supports organizations and causes that create opportunities for at-risk youth and individuals to reach their full potential.
