KOVA Expands Property Management Division

Laura Pascal, CAM, and Dawn Mayor have been named property managers for Naplesbased KOVA Property Management, LLC.

Pascal has extensive experience as both a property manager for residential communities and an office manager for a local non-profit organization. At KOVA, she oversees the daily operations of 10 commercial properties in Lee and Collier counties.

Mayor’s property management duties include providing services that support daily operations for a variety of commercial properties in Southwest Florida. A Naples native, she has 10+ years of experience in real estate management and administration. After hours, Mayor is active in the community and has served as a Heart Walk Leader for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk.
