KOVA Partners Expands Staff With Controller

Patrice Heatherington has joined KOVA Partners in Naples as controller for the company. Besides supervising the company’s accounting and financial functions, her duties include implementing accounting management policies.

Heatherington has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in accounting and management. Prior to joining KOVA, she was club controller for Vineyards Country Club in Naples. A graduate of Ohio State University, Heatherington holds a B.S. in hospitality management.

The firm has also hired John Zizzo, CAM, as a property and association manager for KOVA Property Management. As such, he is responsible for managing properties, vendors, tenants and associations.

Prior to joining KOVA, Zizzo spent 15 years working as a real estate broker and property manager for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. His expertise includes sales, property management, construction and real estate.

Besides being a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and Real Estate Sales Associate, Zizzo has certifications in Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors.
