KOVA Partners Launches Insurance Division

KOVA Partners, LLC, has launched its latest division of services, KOVA Insurance Group, LLC (KIG).

Led by David P. Bolduc, CFA, AR M, ARe and Daniel G. Bolduc, CPCU, KIG provides clients a comprehensive approach to the management of real estate assets by combining the expertise of a full-service commercial real estate firm with insurance principals who have extensive experience in risk management pertaining to commercial properties.

From its offices in Naples and Bonita Springs, KOVA currently manages three million square feet of property. The opportunity to expand its services was led by KOVA Partners’ CEO and managing member Anthony Emma, who invested as a partner with Lely Insurance to form KIG.

According to Emma, KIG will match the best insurance companies and coverages with each client based on a property’s individual location, construction, age and square footage risk profile. The firm will also evaluate whether a client needs additional coverage based on any coverage gaps it identifies. Emma adds that KOVA’s goal is to help clients reduce operating expenses while providing the services needed for growth.

Both Bolducs are highly credentialed insurance industry professionals.

David Bolduc began his career as an underwriter with American International Group (AIG) underwriting commercial insurance programs for several Fortune 500 corporations in New England and eastern Canada. He later joined Strategic Risk Solutions as a risk analyst. He holds a B.A. in business economics from Brown University and numerous designations from the Insurance Institute. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Daniel Bolduc’s experience includes ownership of a successful insurance firm in Maine. He is also a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), a premier designation among U.S. insurance industry employees.
