LaBelle Restaurant Complex Project Underway
Riverlandings has broken ground on its expansion project at 5942 State Road 80 West in LaBelle, expanding the luxury motorcoach enclave with a multilevel public restaurant complex, luxury townhomes and additional storage condos.
The restaurant component will feature a Skybar and lower-level dining area, designed to serve as a casual daytime stop and an elevated evening dining experience.
Founder Rick Smith said the expansion will enhance the resident experience, help establish a new activity hub in the county and create local job opportunities across multiple sectors.
The development was approved after two years of planning, with construction now underway and expected completion in Q1 2027.
