Land Solutions Brokers 70± Acre Residential Parcel

Southwest Florida Everglades, LLC sold a 70±-acre residential parcel in Fort Myers to Pulte Home Company, LLC for $5.7 million. The property is on Camino Real Way, off Colonial Boulevard.

Pulte plans to develop the parcel as Eagle Reserve, a gated community of 181 single-family homes and resortstyle amenities. Construction is expected to begin next spring.

Justin Thibaut, Randy Thibaut, and Doug Meschko of Land Solutions, Inc., brokered the deal.
