Land Solutions Brokers Last Tract at University Highlands

William Rollins, Doug Meschko and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions, Inc., recently brokered the sale of the last remaining commercially zoned parcel in University Highlands in Fort Myers.

University Highlands Limited Partnership, LP sold Parcel 6, a 1.9±-acre site, to University Storage, LLC for an undisclosed price. The property is located between I-75 and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway in Estero.

Earlier this year, Land Solutions closed the sales of Parcels 10 and 7 in separate transactions.
