San Carlos 15, LLC sold a 15±-acre commercial property at 17365 San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, to San Carlos Apartments II, LLC for $2.5 million. Land Solutions’ Justin Thibaut and Owner/CEO Randy Thibaut represented the seller.
In Naples, Randy Thibaut and Doug Meschko brokered the sale of three adjoining parcels totaling 37.5± acres at 14295 and 14335 Collier Boulevard. Voila II, LLC sold the property to We Have Arrived, LLC for $5,532,500.
