Land Solutions Purchases New Headquarters Building

Paudan Enterprises, LLC, recently sold a 7,800sf office building at 6810 International Center Blvd. in Fort Myers for $1,575,000 to 2BALLS1BAT, LLC. It will become the headquarters of Land Solutions, Inc.

Randy Thibaut and Justin Thibaut of Land Solutions represented the buyer and Bill Mankin of Colliers International represented the seller.
