LandQwest Announces Newest Naples Starbucks

Construction is underway on a 2,200sf Starbucks drive-thru on Old Trail Drive, just west of U.S. 41 in Naples. Located directly across from Park Shore Plaza, the new Starbucks will share the site with Tide Cleaners.

According to Michael Daly, CLS, senior director of retail services for LandQwest Commercial, the coffee shop is expected to open later this year. Daly represented Starbucks Corporation in its site selection and lease negotiations. Cee Cee Marinelli of Barron Collier Companies represented the landlord.
