LandQwest Assists HomeGoods’

In June, HomeGoods opened its newest Southwest Florida location in Bay Landings Shopping Center at 27251 Bay Landing Drive in Bonita Springs.

The 20,000sf store is the fifth HomeGoods location in Southwest Florida. It joins existing stores at Parkshore Plaza in Naples, Gulf Coast Town Center in Estero, Cypress Lake Plaza in Fort Myers and Coralwood Shopping Center in Cape Coral.

Michael Daly, CLS, senior director of retail advisory services of LandQwest Commercial, represented the tenant and Rod Castan of the Courtelis Company represented the landlord.

Daly also assisted HomeGoods in selecting the Coralwood Center location in 2015.
