LandQwest Commercial recently established an Investment Services division. Its purpose is to provide investment brokerage, advisory and capital markets services across retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and special-use assets.

Inaugural team members include Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM, Adam Palmer, CCIM, Chuck Smith, CCIM, Bruce Micciche, CCIM and Mike Doyle, CCIM. Each is well qualified to evaluate acquisition, disposition and debt opportunities, as well as advise buyers and sellers about market inventory and data in real time.
