Laura Cari has joined LandQwest Commercial in Naples as broker associate.
A former associate of Equity, Inc., Cari has more than 10 years of real estate experience, and has focused on commercial sales, leasing, and site selection for retail and healthcare assets for the past three. In that time, she has been involved in the negotiation of more than 65 leases and sales approaching $10 million.
At LandQwest, Cari represents retailers and medical professionals from Sarasota to Marco Island. Her responsibilities include commercial leasing, disposition of existing retail centers, and site selection for national brands including Primrose Schools.
Mike Concilla is a managing principal of the Naples office. He describes Cari as “a rising star in this industry, and future top producer.”
Cari’s professional memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Woman (CREW), and Commercial Investment Professionals of Southwest Florida (CIP). She also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
