Faith Goetz recently joined the team at LandQwest Commercial/Property Management as property manager. She is a licensed Realtor with more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience.
As property manager for LandQwest, Goetz is responsible for managing a diverse collection of properties throughout Southwest Florida. Her current portfolio consists of 350,000sf of commercial assets including office, retail, medical, industrial and mixed-use properties.
“The best solution to any management problem is having the right person in place to solve it,” said Mary Gentile, the company’s senior property manager. “As we expand our management footprint in Southwest Florida, Faith will be instrumental in that growth.”
