Agents with LandQwest Commercial recently facilitated the purchase of the Dunbar Shopping Center at 3637 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Fort Myers from Dunbar Shopping Center, LLC. The buyer was New Next Level Holdings, Inc.
Adam Palmer, CCIM and Brett Low of LandQwest represented both sides in the $1.85 million transaction.
Established by Next Level Church, New Next Level Holdings plans to convert much of the 46,000sf building into what it is calling a “Dream Center.” This faith-based outreach program is designed to provide services to the local community including job skills training, hunger relief, basic education, Bible studies and more.
