LandQwest Commercial has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers. The assignment coincided with the May 18th auction of the center.

LandQwest sales and leasing associate Ashley Knie and principal John Mounce will direct efforts to introduce new and expanding retail concepts to the area’s largest lifestyle center. Their objective in leasing the remaining vacant space is to add value and stability to the mall, a key fixture along the expanding commercial corridor.
