LandQwest’s Bruce Micciche Earns CCIM Designation

with LandQwest Commercial in Fort Myers, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.

Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon the successful completion of an advanced analytical curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.

Micciche is the fifth LandQwest professional to earn the highly regarded title. His colleagues include Adam Palmer, CCIM, Chuck Smith, CCIM, Mike Doyle, CCIM and Stephen Cunningham, CCIM.
