LBIA BBQ Event Benefits Builders Care

The Lee Building Industry Association raised $61,000 during the sixth annual BBQ, Bands and Brew event held in April at the Lee County Alliance for the Arts to benefit Builders Care, its non-profit charitable arm.

All Star Equipment Rentals and Sales sponsored the event, which featured local musicians and restaurants. Builders Care provides emergency repairs and construction services to the elderly, disabled and others who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means.
