Jeff Forsythe, senior vice president with Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers, recently received his CCIM designation.
The designation is earned by commercial real estate professionals who complete more than 160 hours of case study-driven education covering topics such as financial, market, user decision, and investment analyses for commercial investment real estate. In addition, candidates must compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
“Each designee invests a significant amount of time and effort into achieving the CCIM designation that will pay off throughout their entire commercial real estate career,” said Barbara M. Crane, CCIM, and CCIM Institute’s 2019 president.
Forsythe has been with Lee & Associates for the last three years, and says he especially enjoys assisting first-time investors.
