Lee County Property Appraiser’s (LEEPA) office has struck a deal and is set to relocate and expand into a 31,006sf office space in downtown Fort Myers.

This move comes as a response to the significant growth Lee County has experienced that necessitated the expansion across many government departments. The relocation date will occur after an extensive remodeling project to the building, currently owned by CenturyLink and Lumen Technologies.

The Appraiser’s office will undertake this significant relocation and expansion, moving away from its 30-year location at 2480 Thompson Street to a larger, more centralized space at 1520 Lee Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

This transaction, brokered entirely by Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, managing principal of LQ Commercial, marks the largest office lease in Southwest Florida year-to-date and the largest in the core of downtown in over two decades.
