• Hidden Lakes of Bonita Springs, LLC:
30,019sf retail building on 3.26 acres at 28811 S. Tamiami Trail from Griffin Bonita Springs Properties, LLC for $6.7 million. (Nicholas Paulus/Invest Realty, LLC represented the seller.)
