Local Chamber Moves into New Space
The Greater Fort Myers Chamber celebrated a new chapter with the grand opening of its headquarters at Collaboratory, a strategic move that strengthens partnerships and enhances service to members and the regional business community.
Following recent collaborations with the Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association’s Southwest Florida Region, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber now represents a network of more than 1,600 members.
The new headquarters provides a welcoming, centrally located hub for members, business leaders and community partners. The Chamber will host meetings, convene member groups and expand accessibility for Sanibel-Captiva Chamber members who do business in Fort Myers.
As Southwest Florida’s community foundation and a regional convener, Collaboratory brings together businesses, nonprofits and community leaders to address shared opportunities and challenges. Its space offers modern meeting rooms, event space and technology that can accommodate Chamber networking events, committee meetings, educational programs and more.
For more than 50 years, Collaboratory has mobilized philanthropy and stewarded more than $147 million in charitable investments across a fivecounty region. To learn more, visit Collaboratory. org.
