LQ Commer­cial has expanded its presence on Florida’s Gulf Coast with the addition of Charlotte County-based Corr Commercial Advi­sors.

Founded by How­ard Corr, CCIM, who joins LQ as se­nior associate, and Heather Pack, who joins as associate, the team brings more than $7.3 million in commercial sale and lease listings while strengthening LQ’s West Coast opera­tions.

Corr has more than 40 years of com­mercial real estate experience in Florida. He founded Corr Commercial Advisors in 2018 and has built a portfolio of de­velopment site listings from Sarasota to Naples. His background includes leader­ship roles with Frandorson Properties, the 6,000-acre Apollo Beach waterfront development, and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Pack brings extensive local market relationships and experience represent­ing owners, investors, developers and tenants throughout Southwest Florida.
