LSI Adds Appraisals to Services

The market research department at LSI Companies, Inc., now offers appraisal services for use in strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio evaluation, and eminent domain. This addition complements the company’s other services, such as targeted market analyses, opinions of value, feasibility studies, absorption forecasts, and Market Trends quarterly publications.

Led by Nelson Taylor, the in-house appraisal department covers a broad range of commercial real estate product types, including large scale mixed-use developments, office, retail, industrial, and single family/multi-family developments.

Taylor is a veteran appraiser and expert in market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida and the state. With more than a decade of experience with various commercial real estate product types, he has appraised in excess of $1 billion in combined asset value in 57 of Florida’s 67 counties. Taylor holds two real estate degrees: a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Denver.
