LSI Companies Adds Duo to Team

LSI Companies, Inc. has added Matthieu Genay as legal counsel and Olivia Voo­rhies as a research associate.

Genay is responsible for managing legal affairs for the company and its affiliated en­tities. Prior to joining LSI, he was an in-house counsel for a real estate developer in Fort Myers, where he managed all legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions and general legal matters. Before moving to Florida, he served as an assistant prosecutor in Camden County, New Jersey, at the Grand Jury and Juve­nile Units. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Florida, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Rowan University.

Voorhies provides adminis­trative and operational support for the sales team, including property research, preparation of marketing materials and listing presentations, coordi­nation of sponsorship oppor­tunities, paralegal assistance and reporting. She received a bachelor’s degree in commu­nication from The Ohio State University.
