LYNQ Opens For Weekday Lunch, Partners With Ada’s

LYNQ restaurant, located in south Fort Myers adjacent to HealthPark Medical Center, is now serving lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. The new, mid-day menu features fast casual items including poke bowls, ramen, made-to-order sushi, tacos and salads.

“We have planned all along to eventually open for lunch with a limited, fast casual menu,” said LYNQ founder Chris Whitaker, who also founded Blu Sushi and co-created Blanc, both in the Cypress Trace shopping center off McGregor Boulevard. “With our location near Health- Park and numerous physicians offices and businesses, we are a perfect quick lunch alternative. Also, with our winter visitors returning to town, this seemed like the perfect time to begin lunch offerings.”

In addition to serving lunch, LYNQ also has extended its daily Happy Hour from noon to 6 p.m.

LYNQ opened in April 2017 in the Five Guys/Crunch Fitness Plaza at 16230 Summerlin Road, in the former Yabo space. Inspired to “link” various cultures and styles of cuisine, the restaurant offers a varied dinner menu with items ranging from ceviche of the day and southern fried oysters to steaks, braised beef, lobster ravioli, ramen, sushi, tacos and more. There is also a vegan menu, handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, an extensive wine list and homemade desserts.

At lunch or dinner, patrons may sit inside in the main dining room or sushi bar, or outside. LYNQ’s lushlylandscaped, private patio seats 60 guests and has a full bar.

LYNQ’s sushi and ramen can also be purchased at Ada’s Natural Food Market, located at the corner of College Parkway and U.S. 41. There, veteran sushi chefs prepare made to order fresh sushi and a variety of ramen along with grab-and-go sushi boxes made fresh each morning and available for pickup throughout the day.
