Marga r i tav i l l e Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach has appointed Rachel Burden as the property’s marketing and events manager, a newly created position that plays a pivotal role as a key member of both the marketing and guest experience teams.
In collaboration with various departments, Burden develops comprehensive strategies aligned with the resort’s objectives to enhance each guest’s experience. Burden’s responsibilities include driving awareness and revenue across all channels, particularly for Fin’s Up! Beach Club, St. Somewhere Spa and the Margaritaville Store. She oversees largescale ticketed events, holiday festivities and contributes to the resort’s digital presence, ensuring an elevated guest experience throughout their stay.
Burden’s professional experience started in the wedding industry, where she founded two companies and worked with A-list celebrities for high-profile appearances. As director of marketing and events manager for Harley-Davidson, Burden managed the Harley-Davidson Rally that attracted over 500,000 attendees.
