Market Trends 2023 Slated for March 14

Local real estate experts will present Southwest Florida’s largest real estate summit, Market Trends 2023, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center in Fort Myers.

The theme of the event is “The Future Ain’t What It Used to Be.” With rising interest rates, industry shifts and the impacts of Hurricane Ian, industry norms are being thrown out and experts are opening their minds to new concepts of who the buyers are and how that will change the real estate and development market.

Presented by LSI Companies, Lee Building Industry Association, Collier Building Industry Association and Charlotte Desoto Building Industry Association, the real estate summit features land, new home sales and development expert Randy Thibaut, founder of LSI Companies; residential real estate expert Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Team at Keller Williams Realty; and commercial real estate expert Justin Thibaut, CCIM, president and CEO of LSI Companies.

General admission tickets are $50 and include a comprehensive data book. Reserved and VIP tables range from $600 to $1,200 for groups of eight to 10 people.
