Less than a year after opening, Marlins Plaza in south Fort Myers is fully leased and occupied. Located at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Court, the 14,665sf, mixed-use commercial building was completed last March.

Tenants include Marlins Brewhouse, Chronic Tacos, Dunkin’ Donuts, Lena’s Nail Spa, The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, Slurping Dragon and Knox Cannabis Dispensaries.

The plaza is well positioned near the CenturyLink Sports Complex, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Lakes Regional Park, and numerous dining and shopping venues. It also is surrounded by residential communities, in which some 111,000 people live.
